Refund policy

Returns
we allow returns & exchanges within 2 days of your purchase. If 2 days have elapsed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please note that you will also be liable for any transfer charges incurred in the event of refunds to mobile money wallets.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with us.

Please note that you will be liable for the cost of returning your purchase and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
